Full Time Employee Benefits:
The center provides benefits for full time employees who work 30 hours or more per week. Benefits become effective the first day of the month
following 90 days of employment:
- Blue Cross PPO Power HealthFund 500 paid by the center. If an employee desires family coverage, it will be available at the employee's expense through payroll deduction.
- Simple IRA - Company match of 3%.
- Reimbursement of up to $1000.00 in dental expense.
- 3 Weeks of PTO per calendar year. Employees may cary over 5 days of unused PTO into the next calendar year.
- The center will reimburse employees for 1/2 of a 10 hour parking pass.
